Used 2017 75D - proof of power unlock

What ways are there apart from contacting Tesla with the VIN number to prove a used 2017 model 75D has been or has the potential for power unlock?

If you have access to the user account with the car attached you can use “Remote S” on iPhone or “Dashboard for Tesla” on Android.

Remote S seems more reliable but is $$ as it shows the API output for the unlocked / uncorked flag.

"perf_config" = P1;

Dual motor cars; P1 means it’s uncorked, P3 corked.

Single motor cars; P2 means uncorked, P1 corked.
