2017 high mileage 75D with FSD beta pricing

Appreciate all the knowledge and info here. Looking at a 2017 75D, 150k miles, paid for FSD and has beta, MCU1, no cold weather package but everything else. Excellent condition. 226 mile in 100%

$22k seem like a good price? Just under 2yrs left on warranty. Would use to commute 60 miles a day. Not opposed to buying new battery in 2 years if don’t get lucky and have it crap under warranty.
