Very Loud noise coming from car when parked?

HI

Very Loud noise coming from car when parked- it sounds like its going to blow up? it started when I pulled up into my garage.
Its a 16 degree day so not that cold and not that hot. I drove for a very short time ( less than 15 mins with parking during this time).

I haven't heard this in the past. more recently I have noticed a humming noise coming from the car but this time the sound was noticeably louder. In fact we jumped out of the car because it sounded so loud and thought it sounded dangerous.

I havent been able to download updates as I have no wifi in the garage so wondering if this could cause a problem?

Failing to install updates doesn't automatically blow up your car. Unlikely anyone on the web can help you though. Schedule service in the app.

A loud whining noise? That's pretty normal. EVs are not 100% quiet. They still need to run compressors and other equipment that makes lots of noise.

IF you had a clip where we could listen to the sound, we might be able to tell you if it's normal or not.
