I wonder if you didn't want to ask it it was possible to use the PWS (Pedestrian Warning Speaker) as a PA (Public Address) system to talk to someone outside of the car?

The PWS (Pedestrian Warning System) can be customized using your own audio file, so why not even conect a microphone directly instead?

What I was trying to do is, setup a way to warn people not to touch the vehicle when the sentry mode gets activated. Either a recording or my voice using the microphone on my Android phone.

It might work well if the car is at home, but I could see it become annoying really fast in a busy parking lot.

I think ultimately it would just end up annoying people and bring negative attention to your car, which increases risks of it being keyed out of spite, cameras be damned.
