Guys at Largus (french publication) tested the ID3 58kWh on highway (130km/h) and regional roads (different speeds) the results were very good beating the model 3 SR+ by a large margin. It's also interesting to note that the ID3 has lower consumption than the small e-up!

The numbers for some cars they've tested (highway and road range):

Bjorn Nyland also recently released several videos about the ID.3 1st. He actually said the bigger battery is probably not worth it, even though he hasn't tested it yet.
