Water in rear lights, where to buy replacement?

I have an EU Tesla S (2017) which now has water filled rear lights. Very annoying. Does anyone know where i can buy replacement ones at a less than obscene price? eBay has 2nd hand ones for hundreds each which seems mad.

Anywhere in Europe should be fine as I could get them posted.

Are they working? Do you fancy trying a DIY fix as they're probably the same construction as the Model 3/Y lights.
