I just received a message on my car that told me the premium package would switch to standard if I didn't upgrade now....though I've been paying for the premium since the company began the serivce....anyone else get this message?
Then I logged into my account on my computer and it acts like I've never subscribed before, but when I go to do it, it gives me a payment error.....
