Weird noise on the rear driver side tyre

That is a weird noise. I’d not drive it until it’s resolved.

Are the lug nuts tight? How about jacking up the car and turning one wheel at a time to figure out which wheel is making the noise?

Yes its tight it only make this noice on low speed

Can you tell which wheel is making the noise? Might want to loosen it up, then retighten?

It's the rear wheel driver side, and I was recording it on the roll mode

No I was on the roll mode

I meant when you rotated the wheels, maybe you pulled on the brake shield and now its making contact with the rotor.

Could be that the faster you go, the higher the pitch and it becomes drowned out by other things. But it doesn’t really matter, I’m just saying it’s something you can check. Since you can rotate tires, you can just pull off the related wheel and take a look.
