what are these new yellow lines on the "energy" screen in dash?

have never seen these before, seem to appear intermittently at -50kw
anybody know what these represent and why new?

Reduced regen, likely due to it being cold out with a cold battery.

Your battery pack is cold or your state of charge is high.

Limited regen from cold. When it gets colder you will have limited acceleration at the top, too.

As for reading the UI, regeneration will not recover energy at any higher rate that would move the "needle" into the dashed area.
You'll occasionally see dashes at the top end as well, when power is limited. That's much less common (at least the way I drive) and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem, either.

The yellow triangle only pops up for a few seconds when the amount of regen changes.

it means don't crash into the car ahead of you by expecting regen to slow you down.

I'm seeing this line and my battery is around 60% and the car's been sitting in weather between 40-50°f all day... Output seems to limit out at 300kw also.

Completely normal for that temperature range.

I think mine only tops out at 200kW. Is the 300kW an indication of a Performance car?

A few days ago it was 42 degrees with no rain and it took half of my 30 mile commute home for the 50% limited regen to disappear. The car was parked outside at work.
