Is there a centralized web location where I can find what features my Tesla (2017S75/FSD2/HW3/MCU1/v.2020.36.11] is capable of? The online responses to this question are all over the map depending on which site you go to.

I suspect the answer is mostly no. The Model S user manual online does get updated from time to time (it seems), but the key differences in capabilities (which really stem from your HW3/MCU1 vice MCU2 combo) probably won’t be spelled out there.
My understanding is that you get all of the FSD capabilities, but don’t get many of the visualizations on the instrument cluster. You also won’t have the latest side view-mirrors-on-screen options, and you won’t have rear camera recording for Dash Cam, and you won’t be able to view Dash Cam video on the MCU.
Otherwise, you might check out this site for a compilation of when various updates showed up on the cars.
