In no specific order...
Bought and cleaned a set of winter wheels/tires
Picked up some Whispbars and Yakima Skybox Carbonite 16
Got top soil
Brought pizza to work (Pepes is the best)
Gave her a bath (yes my pressure washer is an ice)
Took lumber to the dump ("wood under the hood" according to the guy at the transfer station)
Went to the beach
Installed a 14-50 at my in laws for destination charging
Installed 14-50 in my garage a month before delivery
All with 3 car seats across the back

This post also alleviated some of my fears of losing my Durango and space for hauling which was the last hurdle to sell my wife on.

I'm sorry, no pictures, but I installed a 1000w inverter hidden inside the front right fender and hardwired to an outlet in the frunk. (Outlet in the cabin coming soon) also installed a 12v 15a continously powered connector in the centre console area for accessories.
Both wired straight back to the 12v battery.
Doesn't improve the appearance of the car any, but will make our camping trip this summer much more pleasant.
