what is full self driving visualization preview?

What is full self driving visualization preview?. I have the FSD package. But when I turn on and off the full self driving visualization preview. My screen looks the same on either setting.

I don't have FSD but I've been wondering the same.
When I t urn off the preview, the display no longer shows stop signs, traffic lights, or trash cans. But it still shows me other vehicles, lane markings, traffic cones and speed limit signs. That's the only difference I've noticed.

On mine it will show everything that you listed on either the on or offsetting. So I don't even know what it does
