Some ideas:
  • Links to car purchase pages
  • Links to climate data
  • Links to fire stats / crash safety certifications
  • Links to Tesla presentations
  • Rare earth usage, vegan story
  • Range anxiety, superchargers
  • Panel gaps data / Lutz link
  • Cash in bank account updated weekly (don't ask and you won't get....)
  • Tesla investor data - this proves we create cash, profitable
  • Cost of M3 components, labour - current margin versus 20% target
  • Tesla governance / mgt structure
  • Relationship with Elon's other companies
  • Roasting Ferraris
  • Lidar - path to autonomous
This with solar roof, solar panels, EVs, power packs, vegan free, fewer cars (robotaxis), no carparks (more trees)

What else have you got?

Thank you for starting this, it's important and benefits Tesla's mission.

There's
FUD pertaining to Tesla, and
FUD targeting EVs in general.

And there are
reasons to like either EVs in general or
Teslas specifically.

Plus the hurdles for those now following early adopters.
[Thank you to everyone who bought a Tesla or EV early on.]
Elon, please keep your eye on service as promised not long ago.

What's been a recurring theme of real-world feedback in this thread is smart people who might be inclined to consider a Tesla as their next purchase but think the company will go bankwupt any day now. I think three points would help counter this:

- Tesla is a problem solving organisation built around a clear mission, founded in 2003 and constantly investing in R&D and charging points and manufacturing capacity with demonstrable results.
- The attractiveness of the vehicles themselves as per number of vehicles sold in 2018 and up to now in 2019
- Every Tesla sold makes them money - the company simply cannot afford the alternative. Publicly downloadable quarterly reports with cash balances. Ad fontes!

Don't roast Ferraris please, I like classic cars ;)

There's also the
Quality of life aspect.
- Seldom talked about are nicer cities due to less noise emission - unlike China, electric scooters are only now making gains in Europe, and no sane person would prefer the high-strung buzzsaw wails of their antecedents. Plus there's an obvious economical reason food delivery services have already switched [at least round here in Switzerland].

Plus the massive costs required to keep the oil from the Middle East flowing.
Even if the Americas became self-supplying, a depression in the rest of the world would immediately be felt [but, but, trade deficits! Sigh.] And does anyone actually like Saudi Perversia? Is it really in our interest to aliment the most radical Islamoholics with tons of oil money?

Concerning Autonomy, I think that line of argument probably is detrimental. Tesla rolling out incrementally improved software without preceding fanfare will help.
