What USB hub works in a 2022 ModelS so we can play music from a flash drive.

We want to use a flash drive in our 2022 Model S. Is there a USB hub that works in our car. We tried using an Anker USB it over heated.

Do we need to use a cell phone Bluetooth to play music?

You can use your cell phone, but having it stored on a USB drive I find is easier and not dependent on your phone being charged. Here's one I use: Amazon.com Its uses an SD card and a micro SD card. I use one card for the dashcam and the other for music. This is far smaller than most others hubs/USB drive combos, runs cool, and more importantly, SD cards work in automotive temperature ranges. USB drives are rated for consumer home use and are not rated for the high or low temps you find in cars.
