I ordered the Model 3 20" Uberturbine Wheel and Winter Tire Package and tire totes on 11/10/23. My credit card was charged and the totes were received at my home address. The tire/wheel status shows en route to my local service center. I have never received any tracking information and the local service center says that they only show the date the order was placed. I have reached out via the link on the order, but is there any way to determine if they are actually on the way?
