Wheel damage from concrete divider

I hit a concrete divider both passenger tires went flat and my rear rim is cracked I pull over immediately initially thought I just needed to replace the tires. Next day I got it towed to Dobbs they started to replace the tires and notice liquid in the wheel well. Could this be axle fluid? Air suspension? They stopped replacing tires and said I need to take the car to Tesla. Any ideas of what I could of damaged?

Photos would help with the diagnosis.

This piece fell off the wheel and black fluid is inside wall. Wheel is not moving and air suspension disabled
