Everything matches except these wheels I have has 5x120 are there adapters to use 5x120 on 5x114.3?
 
If they are aftermarket wheels they might have been stamped with maximum weights for different bolt patterns. Check them to see that they also have a stamp for 5x114. Also measure what the true bolt pattern of the actual wheel is. Google is your friend to help find out how to measure.
