Wheel Offset - changes concavity or it's the same?

Generally if you have two options for a wheel for offset, does this simply change the concavity or will it actually push the lip of the wheel further out?

I am looking at the Niche M117 MISANO (NICHE® - M117 MISANO Matte Black) and it has a +35 and a +38mm offset option. If I got a +35, will the wheel be tucked in more and not as flush as the +38? Or will it just be more concave?

Same answer as always...it depends. The concavity is purely a design thing and will be different among brands. Some will embrace concavity and some will compensate with the wheel design.
