It's already priced in, including pricing in new tech. If this is a set of locations only (which it might be), the stock price would likely drop.
On the other hand, if this is Elon's "faster than a gas station" announcement, then it will soar. (Though he implied that it's the next announcement after this one... HOWEVER, he's for sure going to get questions about that tomorrow).
(Not meaning to start a "guess at the announcement" thread here. There are lots of other threads for that. Just listing the likely associated stock movement.)
