2012-2016 bumpers were able to swap to the 2016-2021. So it wouldn't be a stretch to say this one isn't swappable.
It being pretty much the same headlights, it should be similar with some minor modifications.
new car is allegedly wider so it might require fenders as well to get the bumper to line up properly
Not without significant modifications they weren’t.
The new Model S is also dimensionally different from all existing models which would further complicate a swap.
The only thing i notice is the lack of foglights in the new one, but im not too worried about not having them
For those that understand car design economics a refresh does not alter the basic unibody/frame underpinnings as that would require recertification of the entire car. Tesla would like not do this for the Model S, especially given the relatively few plaids they would sell. as far as the car being wider they may fit wider fenders but mount points the same, aside from the fact that all the photos showing it as wider have not begun to convince me that it actually is (WAY too subtle a difference in the pics ive seen)

Side by side comparison. He mention the rear quarters are wider but didn't mention the front (besides the side cameras being a bit bulkier).
