Where to find proper Real Estate information?

Hi, so many of you guys/gals are brilliant on here so I’m asking if y’all can share some good twitter accounts (or other sources) to find more information about the current housing market (particularly mid east coast down to Florida). I have a friend that’s on the fence about what to do with her current house now that the kids are leaving for college. Of course, I said to invest in tsla but that’ll take a while to be convinced.

What resources do you use to seek information/advice on the current housing market?

I am not an expert but I think housing is just like stocks: They both go up and down in short term but they both trend up in long term.

So, it's all in timing. Housing will cool down when the mortgage interest is up. TSLA will get a vote for a split again and past split would increase in price.
