Where to get USB cable for center console?

My 2016.5 MS has a lightning connector in the center console currently. I want to replace it with a USB-C connector.

Is it possible to buy just the cable, without replacing the whole phone holder?

If you look carefully at the design of the cable when you take it out, you can get the exact same design USB-C cable on eBay or Amazon, same length, same direction of USB plug etc. for a fraction of the price. As you already have the bracket to hold it in, it should be a straight swap.
