Whistle noise from tire/axle

So as I pull into my garage (or any low speed) I can hear a whistle.... the slower I go the longer it lasts... so I know it is based on speed and coming from the tire area.

Is this something I can grease? I have had my control arms replaced already in the front, and I am reasonably sure this is my back drivers side wheel. In the last 3 months I did replace all 4 tires, so it that is related I am sure the tire place will help me out...I hope... if not .. .let me know what you all think the problem may be and what can be done.

Thanks in advance.

Does the whistling stop when the car stops? If so, it might be a small rock/pebble caught in the brake caliper housing and the disk brake. You can reach through the wheel spokes and flex the housing slightly (by pressing on it) to release the rock/pebble.

I hope this helps.
