Mystery noise SC ‘couldn’t hear’…

Hi - I don’t know if anyone has had similar but my M3 performance (2020 with about 33k on clock) developed a faint noise about a week ago that starts at about 25-30mph and is constant from there up through the speeds. It doesn’t get louder but is harder to hear as road noise increases. It sounds like the start of a microphone feedback type of noise - a constant tone that sounds like something is either lose or maybe rubbing / vibrating.

The SC said they put it on the ramp and the suspension, bearings and arms were all fine and in normal limits and they couldn’t hear the noise. They did strip down the breaks and rotate the bearings but disappointingly the noise is still there.

Does anyone have any idea what it may be?! What could be lose or vibrating that isn’t the bearings or control arms?

Thanks in advance - I’m not keen just to wait for it to get worse and take it back - but may have to.
