White Seat Material…

No you’re not imagining it. Tesla made some significant material cost cutting changes with their seats in the refresh. The white seats are easier to stain and harder to clean than the legacy seats. Basic things like sweat can stain your seat. If there is any transfer of lotion, oil, or sunscreen that will permanently damage the material and cause bubbling. I thought I was imagining it and was a unique case but Kim Java recently uploaded a video about it. How have your white seats been? Any recommendations on ways to protect them?

Yes, dont get them. Had them in my model 3, hateful things. Impossible to keep that cheap plastic vinyl clean. Recommend re-wrap in leather.
