What load management is set in each of the devices?
I don't know ...
I have an old Tesla wall charger (2017-ish), and a Zappi (2022). No idea what each of those are capable of or set to do, sorry.
09-Dec Car#1 (MY) on Tesla, Car#2 (MS) on Zappi. 20-Nov Car#1 (MY) on Tesla
Zappis will resume when the voltage rises again
Ah ... I hadn't considered that on the earlier graphs. So 09-Dec Car#2 on Zappi the AMPs float about, but 20-Nov Car#1 on Tesla does recover (but doesn't jump around like the Zappi charge did).
I can probably find plenty of nights where both cars charge, but likely only for 10 - 20 miles, and given its winter battery temperature may interfere with charge rate on such a short charge. There will also be times when the cars are parked on the other charger ... Let me know if anyone is interested ... I've done very few miles this winter, and during warmer weather last year both cars will have charged on PV most of the time.
I wonder if there would be any takers locally to borrow the cars and run the battery flat for me so I can do a decent overnight test
