Why does my car lock so quickly at home but nowhere else.

When I’m out I have to wait for the car to lock, sometimes having to walk a distance away from it. When I’m home though it locks almost instantly which is annoying when unloading the car especially when not everybody has a key. Even when I do if I stick my phone in my back pocket it have to pull it out. Is there a setting on this?

Maybe your car thinks you live in a sketchy neighborhood?

You can set it to not lock at home. I recommend that if you park in a private garage.
