Why does my charger start and then completely stop?

I just got my home wall charger installed and it won’t keep charging. It starts up for about 10 seconds and then my car stops charging.
Car: 2022, Model Y, Performance
Charger:
Tera model ZA05-U007KBF-F004
245v and 32amps

What type of EVSE? And is the device flashing any codes and if so, have you compared them to the manual?

AC direct and no codes showing

have you checked on your app if the charger is on a charging schedule?

like it only charges during the off peak times, 12am - 6am.

mine was automatically set to that so when i plug the car in, it does the same as you described but once midnight hits, it starts charging.

Yes. No schedules are set.

Reboot it. Push the button for 10-20 seconds I think. Directions are in the manual.

I figured it out. I had a third party app running a scheduled charge and it was trying to charge outside the scheduled charging times.
