Why Does Tesla Censor their forums?

Tesla never seems to remove threads on the forums.tesla.com website. But remember a thread can be removed with a number of people flagging it. For example the SPAM advertising in some foreign language college degrees or the like is removed within a few hours.

What probably happened is that you pissed off the fanboys and they flagged your thread out of existence.

As an aside, you do NOT get FSD for free because you bought in 2019. You only get FSD for free if you have not taken delivery as of the announced price changes.

Every realistic thread gets removed within 30 seconds. They have someone reviewing every post. Go test it out for yourself. I saw someone else get a negative thread going and it lasted over an hour. Then it vanished.

What you are forgetting about is the critical mass of 'fanboys' who dismiss anything that is in any way negative of Tesla. There are about 10 people who are so 'pro Tesla' that anything that interferes with their viewpoint is to be dismissed as fake news. Having 6-7 of them flag something results in the thread being deleted.
