Why no building permits for Tampa/St Pete metro area?

Anyone wondering why there are no building permits for Tampa/St Pete metro area? Orland has 5 and Miami metro area has 10. Seems kind of odd that Tampa Bay has zero right now when the location near Tampa International Airport regularly has wait times.

I only see one in Sun City Center that is coming.
And it could be that the real estate team is slowing moving around the state.

And per population, you've got a lot more than we have in Atlanta.

Pinellas county recently had two open - one in Tarpon Springs which doesn't show on Tesla's website for some reason, and one on the border of Clearwater/Largo.

It does feel like we could really use more in certain areas - Westchase, west Pinellas (closer to beaches and ALT-19), South Tampa. With Wawa everywhere it seems like it should be easy. Would be nice to get some bigger charging sites like we see at Winn-Dixies.
