I just picked up my beautiful blue, MY LR at the end of April and was driving it from Maine to Ft. Myers Florida.
It was about 10:00 at night and I was literally 30 miles from my destination, when out of seemingly know where a small wild boar decided to try and cross the road three feet in front of me. Needless to say, he didn't make it to the other side. I was able to limp the rest of the way to my destination, but I had a low coolant warning and reduced power indicators on.
The service center in Ft. Myers is telling me that because of the way I was hit that it hurt two things, the radiator and the battery pack. Lucky me!!
I'm waiting to hear from the insurance adjuster.
As you can imagine I'm very upset about this!
