Will Free Supercharging Transfer in private party sale? 2013 Model S 60

I purchased a 2013 Model S 60 in a private party sale which has free supercharging.

If I go thru Tesla's Change of Ownership process to gain access to the app, will the vehicle retain its Free Supercharging Status? Note- The previous owner purchased it in 2015 as a certified pre-owned from Tesla.

The recent changes ONLY effect Used cars (previously CPO) cars sold by Tesla.

you should double check this car has FUSC as iirc, not all 60 packs came with it, it was an option to buy. not sure if it going through CPO would gain it automatically.

When it sold in 2015 as a CPO it was sold with FUSC..

The 60's didn't come with "free" supercharging, it was a $2500.00 add on. Either way it absolutely transfers via private sale.

Tesla may have added it to the car as a CPO perk to the purchaser who is now selling it to him. Unlike now where they are removing that perk when they resell back to the public. Private sale will let him keep it if already on the car.

Spoke with Tesla, free UNLIMITED supercharging will transfer for this particular private party sale.

I was told I had unlimited also by tesla but after I got access online I could see that I only get 400kwh per year because my car was a S60 originally (battery changed to 75 later) and the previous owner upgraded to the 400kwh supercharging when he purchased it so I would verify online under the manage tab to see what you actually have. Tesla is known for giving our false information to owners.
