Nope, the model 3 has a unique bolt pattern in the tesla family. So regardless of diameter and offset they won't bolt on.

As Thomas Edison correctly states, the Model 3 wheels are different lug pattern. 5x114.3 is the pattern and does seem to be fairly common for some other manufacturers such as Subaru and others.

With the MS being 5x120. It most likely has to do with the difference between 20”/22” on MS and X and 18”/19” on 3.

no but you can get tst aftermarket 19in that look like the turbine

Hmm I have a set of 19 turbines on my Model S which I was hoping to use in my Model 3 when it arrives. There are adaptor spacers available for 5x114.3 to 5x120 but this will probably change the handling dynamics of the car (maybe for the better) and also possibly make the wheels stick out beyond the arches which is illegal here in Australia. I'm pretty happy with the bare alloys on the Model 3 but I really didn't want to waste my 19s when I upgrade the Model S wheels

There isn’t no such thing as 19 inch Model S turbines. The turbines are 21 inch. There is 19 inch cyclone and slipstream. Also tst makes an aftermarket 19 inch turbine.
