Can't help with PHX, but if you want to drive to Tucson, Affordable Window Tinting just off I-10 at Grant is very very good, Photo Sync is their specialty for tint. I know they wrapped a friend's X and I've had several cars tinted there - very friendly family run operation.
I'm getting my tinted by HQD in Tempe. I'm also getting it wrapped next door at a place called Colorbomb. I'd recommend both places. I've seen there work on other vehicles and I was impressed with their attention to detail.
