Windows accidentally open

Am I accidentally lowering the windows or is there an issue with the windows?
I came back to my M3 and the back left window was 3" open. Occasionally a window is opened more then I'd like and am unsure if I didnt just accidentally lower it or if the M3 is doing it by itself? Probably the former, right?

I find that sometimes I accidentally lower the rear windows while my hand rests on the arm rest. The window switches are very easy to accidentally press.
