Windows and cold temp

You guys aware of a software update designed to retract the windows at a certain temperature? Got a call from the service center today that said that at some predetermined temperature and when a door has been opened in the last four hours, the windows will retract just enough to clear the top so nothing is damage in the event the windows are frozen. It sort of makes sense given a door that is open could have moisture from the elements the top of the window and then freeze within the next few hours when the door is shut.

The window goes almost all the way up and just underneath the gasket but not a 100% up.

And it’s the reason that many of us see a window is open warning on the mobile app.

Same I actually went into the app and clicked on "close" window button because it was saying one door's window was ajar... interesting
