Of course, the yacht floor, one of the features that I like the most from my Model S, is also one of the few that is no longer available. Here is one to the convenience of this defunct concept...
After digging for any purposely designed options for wireless charging on cars without the center console (there are none), I ended up just buying a regular Qi charger and a cigarette lighter adapter, and it works great. It does not even look all that bad!

The yacht floor is grippy enough to keep the charger in place, although the phone sometimes does slide forward on sudden stops when using this particular Qi charger (the top is all glass).
The regular USB plugs don't have enough power for faster, 7.5W and up Qi chargers, that is why the cigarette adapter needs to be used. I also tried a slower 5W Qi charger plugged directly to the USB port. It seems to overall work, although the light blinks sometimes, leading me to believe that it might still be a tad too much power for the USB plug.

It is slower, but dirt cheap used from Amazon and it gives a constant blue glow that almost creates a nice ambient light effect. It also keeps the phone in place better, since the top has some rubber.
One last thing to remember. The USB ports stay on after the car shuts down. The cigarette lighter does not
