Wiring to rear bumper???

Is there an access port of some sort to get wiring from inside the trunk to the bumper? I've seen the trailer hitch install and I can not see any access points. The only thing i see are two blue plastic pieces that could possibly be one. Anyone have experience with this?

The wiring that goes to the bumper is only for the sensors. You can wire trailer lights directly into the tail lights.

Not looking for trailer lights. Thanks though. I need actual access to the bumper to get a radar detector out there. I took the bumper apart and found my answer the blue plastics are access to the outside. I may use that or look for something else.
