WTB: Rear facing jump seats

looking to purchase rear facing jumpseats that someone may not be using, willing to purchase all equipment necessary for install as well, my car is a 2012 model s if that matters.
located in northern california but willing to pay shipping.

I have the seat plus brackets and bolts, from ‘13 P85. PM if you can’t find one local, but I am willing to ship.

Also, that TSB notes that some early cars need "rear bumper plate update and crossmember retrofit", but the VINs are listed in another TSB that doesn't seem to be on the Internets.
