XS Power D5100R AGM Battery

The XS Power D5100R battery (Battery Group 51R) that may fit the Model 3 and Y. They cost $320 and the necessary terminals cost under $20 a pair. The Absorbed Glass Material or Mat (AGM) battery is a lead acid battery that stores the electrolyte in "fiberglass", so it cannot spill. AGM batteries are longer lasting and can have more power than wet lead acid batteries. The XS Power 5100R has far more power than factory Tesla batteries, too.
The XS Power D5100R isn't the exact Group 51R width, as it is .3625 (almost 3/8ths) wider than the Group standard and my factory installed Hankook Atlas BX, Model 85B24LS, P/N 1129182-00-B, wet lead acid battery. I would not purchase the D5100R battery without removing my factory battery and measuring the mounting area width at all height levels to determine if there's sufficient room. If the mounting bracket had to be modified, that wouldn't be a problem. Since my Model 3 has 1-1/2 years left under warranty, I don't plan to remove my battery! However, someone in need of a battery, would! If it doesn't fit, it's too bad, as the D5100R has spectacular specifications. It's, by far, the best of any Group 51R battery I've seen at any price.
