Yakima Big Stack & 3 Whitewater boats

I have read many posts, understand the glass risks etc.

Currently I carry up to 3 kayaks on my Subie Outback with a Yakima Big Stack. The Yakima web site says that the Big Stack is compatible with the Model Y OEM bars. Has anyone used this in practice? I see many of the other racks, but I have not seen anyone post about a big stack yet.

Disclaimer: I haven't used the Big Stack on my Y, but I've been whitewater kayaking since the 1990s and have used lots and lots of rack systems over the years. I have the factory roof racks on my Y.

Yakima makes the OEM Tesla bars, so they should know about compatibility. In addition, the Big Stack *looks* like it should fit on the bars without issue. I think the limiting factors on whether you can stack two or three boats are going to be the width of the factory crossbars and the volume/deck height if the kayaks you are stacking.
