2017 Model X Yoke Upgrade by Hannshow

I trawled the internet to see if there was a definitive position on whether the battery should be disconnected or not, but debate was divided. I also noted a video from T-Sportline that shows how to replace a Tesla steering wheel and there was no mention of disconnecting the battery. I did...

    New Tesla app glitch?

Yes, that's how the visualisation has always worked. But the enlarged image surprised me. I can't seem to repeat it, though, hence why I figure it's a software glitch.

    New Tesla app glitch?

Unsure how I managed to enlarge the vehicle image in the refreshed Tesla app, but I do/did like it this way. This is the Android version of the Tesla app. Is this a feature? Has anyone else seen this happen in the revised Tesla app?

    Non-Performance Uncorked Acceleration

Oh, okay. I didn't know that. Hadn't seen that option until today and I'm sure it wasn't listed since Tesla introduced the additional specifications view. The vehicle accelerates stupendously, just as it's always done, although I rarely test "foot to the floor" acceleration these days.

    Non-Performance Uncorked Acceleration

I should have mentioned my vehicle updated to 2020.20.17 over the weekend.

    Non-Performance Uncorked Acceleration

I just noticed this option added to my 2017 Model X 75D. I noticed it whilst browsing the Manage page on the Tesla website under my vehicle Details.

Tesla scratched while summoning out of garage

So sorry to hear that happened to you MrKool. I have a tight garage with approx. 1ft 4" (40cm) clearance at the roller door. Most times the vehicle exit and enter without incident when moving directly straight. However, I have caught it on a few occasions whilst exiting where it steers sharply...

This truck design had better be a joke....

Well, it certainly did poralize opinions :-) I think it's still a work-in-process. There were no badges, no side-mirrors, lack of headlights, possibly lacking turn indicators, no winshield wiper(s) from what I can see etc. My first impression was what the ^#%@? But the more I look at it, the...

MASTER THREAD: 2019.36.2.1 - new HOLD mode and other features

Precisely. I have witnessed this too, and was also told that Parisians leave their vehicles in neutral and without the handbrake activated, on flat roads of course, specifically to allow the vehicle to be nudged back and forth for other vehicles to park.

22 Inch Wheels/Tires- Have you bent or cracked them?

I'm interested to understand this too. Also interested in how lowering the suspension to "very low" improves range. Is it adviseable to drive long distances in "very low" setting?

22s - What PSI do you run?

I keep the PSI to 43. I believe that's the suggested inflation, although I'll admit I haven't referred to the specifications. Tesla vehicles typically run tire inflation levels higher than ICE vehicles, from my experience. I cannot comment on range. I bought my vehicle with the 20" wheels...
