It works out to being the same thing essentially. You can’t use a buyer code and get 10,000 loyalty credits. 10,000 loyalty credits can buy 3 months of FSD.
I personally like it this way as it gives different redemption options.
You shouldn’t have to refer yourself. You get 10,000 loyalty credits that you can redeem for 3 months of FSD, if you choose. There are better redemption options though, just see what works best for you.
Seek out a lemon law attorney. They are “free”, as the manufacturer pays the attorney fees. It seems like you would qualify based on the number of days you had it in service (the law varies from state to state).

Tesla is notorious for quietly implementing production changes before officially announcing. The front camera and ambient lighting are very likely. I haven’t heard anything about massaging seating from reliable sources, so that probably isn’t a thing.

Similar P85Ds buying CPO from Tesla around that price. You do have a very low mileage advantage , but I'd personally just go the CPO route which will include warranty. I'm sure you have already, but just incase make sure you check out ev-cpo.com.
Yes I saw the same car! I had my card information in and submitted a few seconds too late. It was a steal at the price and had pretty much every option except subzero.
