    MYLR all season tyres

It’s very similar for rim protection to the stock Hankooks. Ie you’ll still end up curbing them, but they otherwise are fairly flush

    MYLR all season tyres

Got them as imports from mytyres.co.uk. Took a fair while to arrive, and the price varied day to day while I was deciding which to get. Ultimately paid £246/tyre + fitting at my local SE tyres. Interestingly the UK Vredestein site doesn’t seem to list them - they’re 255/45/R19 104W XL, so same...

    MYLR all season tyres

Got Vredestein Quatrac Pro EV all seasons fitted today on my 19” Geminis (https://www.vredestein.co.uk/car-suv-tyres/products/1962-QUATRAC-PRO-EV/). Will do some range comparisons shortly, but rim protection is good on these. Bit noisier than the stock Hankook’s, but not hugely.

    MYLR all season tyres

This was for a Halfords mobile appointment, so paid for the tyres and mobile install date a week in advance of the install date (which was only a day or so after their first available date). So - I think I would have a reasonable expectation they would actually have ordered the tyres at the...

    MYLR all season tyres

After all this I get a call from Halfords this morning that the tyres (that I have already paid for) didn’t show up and they now can’t source them. Not going to be using them again

third party model Y wheel covers

I see they’re not shipping to the UK yet (although do have some international destinations now). What’s the current go-to US export service folks are using?

    MYLR all season tyres

I’ve got the Goodyear 4Seasons SUV ones coming for a mobile install on Monday. They are 255/45/19/104W. C efficiency, B wet, so not my first choice but at least are correct speed rating.

    [UK] 2023.44

I’m getting these fairly regularly since the holiday update as well.

    MYLR all season tyres

I’ve got the Goodyear Vector 4Seasons SUV tyres coming for a mobile appointment on Monday - largely because they are available at the moment, they are W speed rated, and Halfords is doing a 10% off 4 tyres at the moment (£752 all up for 4). Will post a picture of rim fit when they’ve been fitted.

    TACC random slowing down

In my recent cases I’m on a rural road, so speed limit 60. Speed limit still shows 60 even when slowing down. Shouldn’t make a difference for TACC though - I do have EAP and that automatically slows down in slower areas. TACC doesn’t

    TACC random slowing down

For reference I have a first shipment Model Y, so radar and USS

    TACC random slowing down

Having some weird behaviour from TACC since updating to 2023.44.30.5.1 - TACC will randomly start slowing down for no reason. Happened 3 times in a recent 20 mile drive, including on a straight road with no cars in sight. Anyone else seeing this? I wouldn’t call this phantom braking - this is...

Ticket for not charging at a non-functional charger

Understand your point, but also think you’re missing the detail that if I was plugged in I wouldn’t have got a ticket. In any case, yet another reminder to follow the absolute letter of requirements for EV charging - even if they don’t make sense. Otherwise you’ll end up having to waste your...

Ticket for not charging at a non-functional charger

Inevitable I suppose - got a £100 ticket for parking my Model Y in a EV charging bay at Haywards Heath railway station (parking operated by Apcoa), but not actually being plugged into the non-working PodPoint charger. Didn’t bother to plugin because there was no light. Didn’t have time to move...
