good to know thx. I didn't think it was specific to Tparts as they're just reselling the tesla module. hopefully it will be fixed in a future software update but I won't hold my breath.

Same problem with MY22. I bought the Tparts USB-C module and it worked until Dec. If I reboot the car it works sporadically but will stop after 5-10 minutes. Tried second module - same thing. I'm on 2024.3.10. Very frustrating. My car has the atom cpu, not ryzen - Tparts said that's the problem...

I have the exact same issue. Car sleeps and no more data from the TParts module. It takes several power offs or screen reboots to get it to work again - and sometimes it just won't work again. Not sure what to do.

It's fine if you want to order from wheelwiz but inspect your rims immediately when you receive them. I ordered a set of wheels and two of them came damaged.

I've just returned my hansshow V5 frunk kit. I've read so many negative comments regarding the problems with it but I was still willing to give it a try - that is - until I read the instructions that came with the unit and compared them with the parts provided and the responses from hansshow...

It's very doubtful you will get a Canadian SC to agree to the activation. I tried...and tried...and tried. In the end I ordered a new module and now it's done. It's not fair, but it's the way it is.

I’m told it’s because I did not set the home position of the trunk. The service center set the position and now it rattles like crazy. Taking it back tomorrow.
