I have the exact same issue. Car sleeps and no more data from the TParts module. It takes several power offs or screen reboots to get it to work again - and sometimes it just won't work again. Not sure what to do.

It's fine if you want to order from wheelwiz but inspect your rims immediately when you receive them. I ordered a set of wheels and two of them came damaged.

It's very doubtful you will get a Canadian SC to agree to the activation. I tried...and tried...and tried. In the end I ordered a new module and now it's done. It's not fair, but it's the way it is.

No. It was a video that showed the menu system and the options. It didn’t show the car driving. Pretty sure it was on Twitter as Elon responded and said it would be available for the model Y soon. I can’t seem to find it now.

I saw a video a while back on software released for the model 3 that had a snow mode. It allowed you to not only change the distribution of power to each motor but to also adjust the strength of regen braking. I remember Elon tweeted it would be available soon for the Y - lets hope so.

My Y did this last night. It’s parked in the garage and charger plugged in. I haven’t driven it in a week but received a notification that the trunk had been left open. Went down to the garage and sure enough it was open. Strange behavior.

As a follow-up, the module I ordered from ingenext arrived and despite the invoice showing the number I ordered they sent a 1097814-00-A. I have spoken with Tesla and this will not work on the 3/y as it is designed for an S/X.

Update: Tesla contacted me today and delivery is set for this Saturday Dec 11. That is assuming there are no issues when it comes off the carrier today. Fingers crossed.

Same date as me and I’ve heard nothing. I did get the vision agreement a week ago and the Tesla van finder found my vin but my account still hasn’t updated and actually showed the Vin. I’m expecting at this point that my date will get pushed.

Yup. That will be your VIN :)

In Chrome just install the Tesla VIN Finder extension and run it - I'm pretty sure it will pick it up. To see if the Model info has changed click on Account from the drop down menu on the right side, you should then see your vehicles and the title of the Y should have changed to 2022 Model Y.

You should be able to run VIN Finder now on that page and get your VIN.

EDD updated to dec10-dec14 this morning. I received the vision button yesterday and accepted. Vin finder picked up the vin but my account has not yet updated to show vin.

I received the Vision statement to accept this morning and Tesla vin finder picked up my vin. But my account hasn’t updated yet to show vin. It does now say 2022 Model Y. How long after you accept vision does it take to show up in account? Thx

Interesting. I ordered Sept 30 and I can't find anything in my user agreement that indicates premium connectivity would be 1year. The only reference I can find says "A trial of Premium Connectivity will be included following the delivery of this vehicle. Once the trial is over you may subscribe...

Amazing! Because I'm in Edmonton as well. And I've tried a couple of times to get answers from the SAs there and they tell me there is nothing they can tell me. They don't know anything until my Y arrives in Edmonton.
