I didn’t figure it out... I ended up cancelling the check and a new one was issued. When I took my car in for annual service, i didn’t bother asking them to fetch it.

is it true that all four tires should be replaced if one goes bad? i got a small side puncture that can't be repaired (per the tire shops)... was planning to switch from continental to pirelli scorpions... ~$1036 for four times with warranty. thanks all.

T gold - you only got 14k miles out of a new set of tires? i'm at about 28k on the 20" stock continental's that the X came with, with about 30-40% thread left.. i thought that was low...

stasla - i just got a puncture in one of my tires... the other three tires have about 30-40% thread left,... tire shop is recommending replacing all four.. do you agree? based on the availability was gonna switch from continental to pirelli... they didn't have match (front and back) michelin...

i ran over something on the freeway with my model X on friday - slow leak... took it to the shop and they found a tiny puncture on the side.. costco said they couldn't patch it.. also they didn't have a tire replacement available... i took it to america's tire depot this evening.. they could get...

i agree petep - mine is the same... and even outside the garage in open air, it gets confused and opens half way despite programming as per the discussion above.

anyone know where to buy model X snow chains for stock 20 inch rims? online store seems to have been sold out for the past several months... amazon doesn't sell em... i couldn't find anything on ebay... any idea if other brands will be compatible? thanks.

I did something stupid... i put a bank check on the center black sliding module (on top of the two cup holders) between the front and passenger seat and the check slid under the sliding platform towards the front of the car... can't reach it from the cup holders... I removed the cup holder...

i took my car into the costa mesa service center last week for a rattling passenger speaker - didn't get fixed... not only that, but they dinged my back rim... had to go back in today and they buffed up the rim to patch up their mistake.. while driving home, noticed the speaker still rattles...
