T gold - you only got 14k miles out of a new set of tires? i'm at about 28k on the 20" stock continental's that the X came with, with about 30-40% thread left.. i thought that was low...

i ran over something on the freeway with my model X on friday - slow leak... took it to the shop and they found a tiny puncture on the side.. costco said they couldn't patch it.. also they didn't have a tire replacement available... i took it to america's tire depot this evening.. they could get...

i agree petep - mine is the same... and even outside the garage in open air, it gets confused and opens half way despite programming as per the discussion above.

I did something stupid... i put a bank check on the center black sliding module (on top of the two cup holders) between the front and passenger seat and the check slid under the sliding platform towards the front of the car... can't reach it from the cup holders... I removed the cup holder...

i took my car into the costa mesa service center last week for a rattling passenger speaker - didn't get fixed... not only that, but they dinged my back rim... had to go back in today and they buffed up the rim to patch up their mistake.. while driving home, noticed the speaker still rattles...

my back trunk opens only about half way with the keyfob and with the control screen... to open it 'all the way', it has to be manually pushed open (vertically)... initially i thought it was while in a garage space, but the same occurs in an open parking lot. is this normal, or a mechanical...

agree me too - i'm waiting and hoping for them to reduce the upgrade price for 60 --> 75... i think the prices do fluctuate, i was able to get the AP upgrade for $2500 when i ordered... went up to $3000 more recently.

i think the music media player is better, but i agree with the hidden top toolbar being a little bit annoying.. also i don't like the car formally unlocking when it senses the keyfob. i also was looking for a way to turn this off... agree, the autopilot seems a bit worse... it keeps asking me...

i was going to create a thread for this, but seems like it was briefly brought up in this one... i have a 60D.. which has the 75D battery in it, right? (hence why it's upgradable after the fact at any time). question - do i really need to charge at 90% for daily commute, if this is really <90%...

i have the same rattling from the passenger side door... i called the southern CA service tesla dealerships and all were booked out at least a month.. no one picks up their phones nor replies to voice messages. planning on getting it fixed in early november 2016 a costa mesa, CA.

soonest that the costa mesa service center in southern CA could get me scheduled was in one month, early november... annoying.

I asked a CA highway patrol directly whether or not it was legal to tint the front driver and passenger windows and he said it is illegal. He was up front and said that he personally wouldn't ticket someone but that even a clear coat is illegal. Idea behind it is you're ever stuck they can't...

when i push the scroll button on the right of the steering wheel - it only gives me four options, temperature, media, brightness, and one other thing... but nothing about tire gauges. i don't have the premium upgrade... am i missing something?

does the software have tire pressure monitors? surprised there's not an obvious software function to tell whether or not a tire needs air or not? thanks.

agree with keyfob opening the driver and passenger doors in the front... regarding the doors, once in the driver seat, pushing the brake is a nice way to close the door. i could've sworn before this would close all the doors (eg front passenger), but now (not sure if after the recent software...

i just got my model X a few weeks ago.. i just noticed a noise when shifting from PARK to reverse/drive, and vice versa (going from reverse or drive, to PARK).. the sound comes from the back (battery?)... is this normal? thanks.

got my X this past weekend.. thanks to all, i used floss and some alcohol pads... there was a pretty sticky black adhesive, but it came off like any other sticky sticker... debating on taking off the 'model x' part... probably leave it for now.
