In my country we have a good reserve for AC-Charging: I can use up to 43kW AC-Power via my standard three-phase-grid at home. We have 63 Ampere on three phases and the Mennekes-charging connector...

All european Signatures Model X are sold out this morning. The option is removed from the web. Last known number was 549 from 24th.Sept. => Should be around 600 Sigs in EU
On german autobahn you can easily bring the Model S over 400 Wh/mi. It is not my way to drive, but for example there is this video from Bjorn Nyland (Europe road trip 2014). Look at minute:second 49:17 in the video:
Less than 80 EU-Sigs are left, a few days ago #417 of 500 was mentioned in german board. If you would like to be safe for winter 2015 you have to place a signature reservation.

And don't forget, there are a few signatures left in the EU (93 of 500). For new signature reservations it might be the estimated delivery summer 2015.

According to the TTF-Forum we don't have these UMC-problems in germany. The UMC of the EU-Model S should be the same in all european countrys, I guess.
I think there is a specific problem with the sensivity of the UMC and the infrastructure in Norway. The charging cable of the Leaf/Volt/I-MIEV...
