buying used 2018 MX, opinions please

We have model Y, but want little bit bigger car. I am looking at MX 2018, I know it does not have warranty. I don't mind to spend several thousands to fix if there are issues in future, but I really worry if I have to spend over 10K to fix major issues like driving unit, or replace falcon wing...

    Model S&X Price Adjustments

Yes, in theory of lithium battery. But Tesla BMS (battery management system) is so good, so supper charge with high heat and high voltage won't damage Tesla battery. Many groups that did real world testing, all level 2 charge vs level 3 supper charge for 1 year, the degradation of the battery...

    Model S&X Price Adjustments

Agree that Tesla got lucky, but who stopped the industry making EV for the last decade? You can say they are dump for that case. Yes, consumers will have more options, but Tesla will still be a leader. Look at GM, Ford, Kia, Hyundai, BWM, Benz, VW, Lucid, Rivian they all offer EVs, but Tesla...

    Model S&X Price Adjustments

Wait until Tesla stock goes to the same level as GM or Ford, then you can say his strategy sucks. Now, Tesla is 15 times bigger than GM or Ford (800 billions). I guess we can't say his strategy sucks at this moment

    Model S&X Price Adjustments

Ford dropped $10 for F150 lightning. Many complaints from Ford forum as well :). I guess it's just part of the game

Discussion: Model 3 Price reductions - Jan / April / Oct 2023 and all other pricing discussions

No surprise, basically, all Tesla models will depreciate very fast the way Tesla cut prices https://www.yahoo.com/news/big-selling-electric-models-among-113000125.html

Upset that Tesla screwed customers who took delivery in the last few months

Hi guys, read thru all the posts, have not seen any good solution to get back our loss. How about we buy another Tesla with low price now, average out the loss. At least we can cut our loss in half. What do you all think?

Poll: Who paid the highest MY

With crazy MY prices fluctuate, I feel all your pain. Who paid over 65K or 70K for MY. I do think Tesla faces a lot of competition, also the wave of EV adaptors are gone, they all bought their EVs. Now, only regular people just want a car to drive to work, that's why Tesla has demand issue...

Vendor Teslogic — Mobile Instrument Cluster for Tesla Model 3/Y

Again, you still don't get it. Unless you work for them, or unless you are my wife, your opinion is meaningless. I hope you don't do this in real life, imagine you go to car dealership, a customer ask for good price or extra features, you jump in and say that car is cheap already, customer...

Vendor Teslogic — Mobile Instrument Cluster for Tesla Model 3/Y

@DaveNN , it's just a request, they don't have to do it if they think is not good for return of investment. If they think it's worth the investment to develop it, then they will do it. Unless you work for them, mind your own business please. Don't waist time to tell them how to run their...
